In the film industry, James Bond’s 007 is very famous and that is what the Nigerian women’s team has adopted. For the Women’s World Cup bound Nigeria’s Super Falcons, it has become 007 as they have neither drawn nor win any match in seven consecutive matches.
The latest is the 1-0 defeat inflicted on them by Colombia early Sunday Morning in the Reveleation Cup that has now made a huge revelation of the lack of potency of the Nigerian team.
They conceded the goal that confined them to their seventh defeat in the seventh minute of the game when U-17 graduate, Linda Caicedo scored against Nigeria.
The same player scored in the penalty shoot-out against Nigeria at the U-17 World Cup in India last October.
